- En Macro supplies haremos nuestro mayor esfuerzo para proteger la valiosa informacion en su computadora, pero no podemos garantizar que la informacion se recupere totalmente pues esto en algunos pocos casos esta fuera de nuestro control, como por ejemplo cuando el disco duro esta danado fisicamente.

- Es preferible que usted guarde su informacion valiosa antes de solicitar nuestro servicio, en caso de tener que hacerlo nosotros si esta informacion es superior a 10 gigabytes tendremos que hacer cargos extras por el tiempo requerido por este servicio.

- Usted tiene hasta 30 dias calendario para recoger su equipo una vez ha sido reparado. Despues de este tiempo se vendera para cubrir nuestros costos.

- Nuestra garantia no cubre nueva contaminacion por VIRUS.

- In Macro supplies we'll do our best to protect the valuable information in your computer, but we cannot guarantee that the information could be recovered completely. In some few cases this is beyond our control, like for example, when the hard disk is phisically damaged.

- It is preferable that you save your valuable information before asking for our service, if the information to save is bigger than 10 gigabytes, we will have to charge you and extra fee due to the time required to do so.

- You have up to 30 days calendar to pick up your equipment after been repaired. After this time, we will sell it to recover our expenses.

- Our guarantee does not cover new VIRUS contamination.
