  1. Macro Supplies will do its best to protect the valuable information in your computer, but cannot guarantee complete recovery in every case, such as when a hard drive is physically damaged.
  2. Please save valuable information before requesting service. If we need to save more than 10 gigabytes of information, an additional fee may apply for the time required.
  3. You have up to 30 calendar days to pick up your equipment after repair. After that time, it may be sold to recover costs.
  4. Our warranty does not cover new virus contamination.
